Glad they got the piece of shit though I don't think the charges are anywhere near as severe as they need to be. I was getting concerned when I didn't hear back from her when I tried to get a hold of her several weeks ago. For her to not respond back quickly was very out of character.

Under what grounds and by who, the massage parlor owners? All the bill does is expand the definition of prositution to include someone who touches the unclothed genitals or anus of another, and someone who allows another to touch his unclothed genitals or anus to sexually arose or gratify for money. So under the law, both the masseuse and person receiving the service can be charged with prostitution by engaging in the aforementioned conduct. Unless the law conflicts with a federal law or is unconstitutional (which I don't think it is), I don't think anyone will have grounds to successfully challenge the pending law. Just my 2 cents. What will be interesting to see is what mechanisms law enforcement will use to enforce the law once effective.

You can book it that Ralph going to sign that bill. I guess it's a trade off, they giving us weed and casinos and but taking our debauchery away from us.

Great, now they are screwing up this little bit of fun we have. I am sure they will go out with guns blazing starting 2 July. Fell sorry for the ladies. A group of "sex workers" did show up to protest this bill, but what a surprise the morons in the capital didn't listen. Hope one of them is the first to get busted!
