From what you've said, I classify her as a RipOFF and would have placed the report there. She didn't perform. A couple things to keep in mind. First, we don't know it was, in fact, "poor hygiene" on his part. Just because she said he smelled, doesn't mean he really did. Based on the entire post, not sure we should believe anything she had to say. Second, if he had hygiene issues when he arrived, he said he went to he bathroom and scrubbed down. I'd certainly expect that to resolve any issues. Again though, based on the full experience, it sounds like she was just trying to make a quick buck and get him back out the door.
