It's technically possible but not likely. I guess herpes would be your biggest risk but even then genital herpes is a different virus than oral herpes.

The most important thing you can do if you get a BBBJ or BBFS is to piss immediately afterword and wash your junk with soap and water, and never ever get bb anything of you have any kind of scratch or cut on your junk.

I went there one month ago after reading about a young one. Grandma inside the house gave me a weird look and said "only me".
