3 elm was closed a few days, but open again. There's only one provider, so if she can't be there, it's just not open. She's a good, attentive provider, but if you're looking for an expanded menu you probably want to be elsewhere (unless someone else has more info than me.).

As far as the virus is concerned no. We brave warriors here are not concerned. After all I got ran off this board when I first mentiones it weeks ago when they put the travel ban. Its not like a few didn't slip through the net and make it back when we all know many go back to China around the new year to visit.
