I kind of agree and disagree here. A large amount of civilians give really shitty head and need to be taught along the way. First I started on Harding and Linbar and found a few WSWs hanging around. The first was behind the JITB, (on Wallace I believe) and she was a large blonde SW that I wouldn't pick up even on the worst of days. Next I found Crystal at the Mapco on Linbar and she was looking pretty good, but talking to someone in a car so I continued on my way. I followed the trail of cars into an apartment complex that had a LEO camera parked in the parking lot, (got to love LEO cameras, they are like a flashing sign that says, "SWs are in this area guys") Unfortunately there was way too much traffic so I did not stick around there long enough to spot anything. I circled around again and saw Crystal at the Laundromat right beside the Mapco she was at earlier and thought about it but decided not too since I did not know the area and wasn't going to risk it. I did however end up seeing her, but that was off her post online so I an posting that review in the escort section later.
