I am not an expert on this stuff, but it is my understanding that google incognito only hides you from yourself. It keeps info off your computer so your boss, or spouse, or kid doesn't stumble on it. I was using Opera but I could not see the reviews. So I added a period on my email before the at and it let me pick a new user name and password. Now I can make reviews and read them.
