Fairly new to the BB hobby. I am curious how everybody stays safe and tested. Recently, the AMPs have been providing BB, and I go there. Not that this is safe, but I don't know what the alternatives are.

For testing, I've gone to 1 free place and Planned Parenthood, so far, so safe. Love the hobby. Do we just risk it, or is there something everyone's doing that I am not. Any help would be appreciated here. Would hate to go back to love with a glove.

You should do three things:

1) Get a surplus of Prep for HIV prevention.

2) Get the Garrison vaccine to prevent getting genital warts and cancerous strains of HPV.

3) Get tested every 3-4 months to check for going to, Clap, syphilis and HepC.

Might be over kill, but I recommend getting the HepB vaccine too. I'm getting it next. Safe hobbying!

It's 50/50. You know once you slide into that warm wet muffing you either get something or not? Just get tested regularly.
