Have to agree with OP. The owners excuse is it's up to the girls but the GFE they quote and price point at vary wildly. Some don't kiss, some done even provide the basics, would advise to avoid. Met up with one of the girls this evening. Apparently someone who lives in the same apartment complex was seeing girls, and his spouse found out and reported them.
