For what she charges though I would think she would bend over backwards (metaphorically speaking) to make her clients happy. Starting with being more responsive to texts. She's not very responsive as many have noted, and her hours (7:30 a to 3:30 p weekdays + some Saturday mornings) just don't work for me.
