Every time someone disputes transactions with them it becomes a charge back toward SA. If they receive enough of these they become a higher risk to the CC companies. Usually means their transaction fees will be raised. I have done this to them when they banned me. I just called and said I joined some stupid dating site and they ripped me off.

SA can a bit of a scam that way. They suspend accounts after they collect your monthly fee. I disputed the charge and just set up a different account.
