I've been in the hobby for years and have never had a single issue with hosting at my residence. As long as they abide by my specific safety rules I like the idea of being in control of my surroundings. Just too much drama at hotels and other peoples houses for me although I have thrown caution to the wind and did a few at hotels. Sometimes I even provide pickup and drop off if their ride is unavailable. I always pick a nearby drop off spot near my residence. I pick them up there and their ride can either wait there or whatever until we are done. No one gets dropped off at my house or their ride camping out parked out front. I just make it very clear to them that my discretion and privacy is of the utmost importance and they usually are OK with it. Nothing of value is out in the open or in the bathroom. We enter my bedroom together and exit together. This technique has worked without fail for me.

Same with me. I don't go to sketchy hotels and prefer to be in control of what's going on.

I build a certain level of trust that I'm comfortable with and do recon as best I can. If possible I like to meet publicly first as well and I always ask if they're driving themselves etc or I arrange transportation.

Then I keep things on lock down at my place so if they want to take my toothbrush, more power to them LOL.

IMO this avoids issues like being robbed, setups, stings etc.

One add-on to the strategy of reserving a room (assumedly with a credit card) and paying cash at checkout. I employed this strategy once myself (and never again), my credit card showed a "pending" transaction online for about 24 hours, even though the bill had been payed in cash at checkout. Had my "accountant" had reason to check the online account there would have been some essplaining to do. Stay Safe.

Then drop a few bucks here and there into the unknown account. Use it exclusively for Priceline booking. All is well.

Now this woman is amazing. I think this is one of the cleanest and best providers I have ever seen. I met her a couple months ago at a nice and call on Salisbury road. Way back in the day I used hotels a lot. I'd reserve a room in one of the local budget hotels and then line up my guest or guests. I would not actually check in until I received confirmation that she was on her way. While the front desk required a credit card I always paid in cash on check out. I've had so many of providers at my place I've lost count. Only had one issue in over ten years, I turned the woman away at my door, wasn't even close to her pictures and must have weighed over 200 lbs, she tried to create a ruckus in my driveway but quickly text het that I was calling the cops and she couldn't leave fast enough! LOL I feel I'm in total control; when I'm in my own space, hell, I've even had one provider stay with me for a few days when she was having a bad time and never had a single problem. Now that's not to say I'm not watchful and never let them out of my sight but their rarely there for more than 30-45 minutes and occasionally an hour. But hey that's just me and as always YMMV. JD.

My outcall guidelines are as follows:

-I never invite providers to my home. Don't want them, their handlers or friends knowing where I rest my head.

-I book a night at a mid-priced hotel, usually off JTB and 95, seems to be a central area that's easy for anyone to get to. The normal riff-raff stay away from these places because of cost so they are usually clean safe and quiet.

-I always make sure to have $60 more than the agreed upon rate Incase I want to upgrade services or if I need to use that to get them out of my room quick!!

-use the in room lock box to put car keys, phone, wallet, and other valuables prior to the provider showing up. Unfortunately many of these girls have sticky fingers and will just grab whatever they can prior to leaving.

-have the provider arrive and leave at the hotels back or side entrance. This will lessen hotel management or wondering eyes from seeing you and your visitor together.

-do not allow the girl to use your room after your time together. Any damage or associated BS could be your responsibility so don't do it!

I have to agree. It would definitely be a bad idea to have a provider come to your residence, there are just too many variables even with a provider you know and are comfortable with. An outcall that visits your hotel room might be OK if you take basic precautions to dissuade any mischief. Reading this forum is probably the best way to prepare yourself to have a good and safe time.
