I drove Wilkens late Monday morning and saw three different pullover including a dark car trying to outrun polo at Ramsay and Carey. Too cold and too many uncles.

I've been having the same problem especially in Wilkins.

I've had a little bit of better luck on Fairhaven.

But it seems like virtually all the girls disappeared.

I don't know if there is anything to do with the weather.

Or heavy police presence or possibly both.

I have a feeling it's probably to pick up in the Spring or at least I hope so.

It may also be the hours that I go out I chiefly go out during the day but occasionly go out at night.
