Try read the hours of operation again. They only open for 2. 5 hrs. 9 am - 12 pm. 12 pm is noon, 12 am is midnight.

I was going to post earlier this week, but I got busy and forgot. I went to see her last week and was shorted 20 minutes. I did complain a little to her about it, but since she was getting slightly agitated, I didn't push it.
