Yeah, it's still there. Just went by right now and it's open. There are better providers in Kearny Mesa, though, IMHO.

1st time here, 1st time Clairemont AMP, I live in La Mesa and work in El Cajon and hate driving. Big tits being a major selling point for this place I was highly interested in the fabled Coco since my last review and I finally had a hole in my schedule over the weekend. I had some business to take care of last month in EC City, and while getting out of my car, there was a massage place right next to the business, and a girl taking a break talking on the phone. After some more research and your reply I realized my mistake. Thanks for the reply. I did cruise by V spa earlier this week and the building was under heavy construction right outside the door, It looked like they were still open but I didn't stop in due to the half dozen workers right outside the door.

Like another member mentioned, it really depends on the provider. I always like to get a least two pops in a session. Usually I'll let the therapist know at the beginning what I'm looking for and for the most part they are accommodating. Maybe 2 out of 10 try to push for an up sell or say no.
