It's just codeword for them sucking you dry with little to no honey in return. Or in other words it's just a very expensive platonic or modus for rinsing. If you look for the literal definition, its a weird niche in the BDSM world where a dominatrix 'abuses' a guy by demanding money and calling the shots about what else she'll do. It apparently was a big deal in the 'big money' world (investment bankers, etc) where it was supposed to be an outlet for men ashamed of how much money they made. It used be a tag the SBs could add to their profile on SA but I don't think most of them had a clue what it really meant. The fact that this girl specifically put it twice in her profile, along with listing an 'Open Relationship' and how much she likes talking / texting are slight red flags, but it sounds like you have her contact info, so maybe she'll still be DTF on top of all that.
