Most of these girls don't care who contacts them as long as they get some money out of it in the end. I share numbers with guys all the time and guys share them with me. Have you ever created a profile so you can browse SB profiles on that site? The girls don't list phone numbers on profiles. The only way to get their phone number is to talk to them, and then once they trust you they'll give you their number. It would be a huge breach of trust / privacy to share their phone numbers.
