Was in the need for some immediate stress relief so I decided to go to NDS to take care of it and I am very glad I did. Yes the account below is correct. I can't verify if the police followed patrons from the AMP and made a traffic stop. Somehow I don't think so. That being said, the district judge in Indian River ruled the Video's were not admissible in court smashing the states case. But the state is slimy and want to wash the egg off their faces. They appealed the judges ruling, and in my estimation went judge shopping for an appeals judges that are sympathetic to the to the state plight, and found said judge that is biased (I'm reading into it here) enough to violate the defendant's constitutional rights to "expectation of privacy" and are willing to rule against the defendants and allow the videos as evidence.

Once again just an educated opinion.

The defendant's who don't have the means to appeal the appeals court decision if it is against them have been counseled to take the states plea and do 6 mo probation.

As stated in this recentreport, it's Apple and Betty. Betty is new, and reviewed in that report, Apple has been around for a bit, and a search for her name should easily find a review.
