IMO it's mostly about being in the right place at the right time. However, a friend of mine told me that he's had success at Checkout Time.

Scooped Jennifer near the BB last night. When she gave me her name I did a double-take just to make sure that I hadn't mistakenly picked up her namesake, the cash and dash scammer.

This Jennifer looks fairly civilian, maybe early 30's, with a nice non-artificial rack. Straight shoulder length brown hair IIRC.

Gave a good BBBJ for what I consider to be a normal (but not desperate) rate.

She was a little light on her background and motivation. I think she may be just an occasional provider, or an incall advertiser needing a little extra cash flow to make a rent payment. A little more coherent than most of the strung out SWs.

I would repeat. She doesn't have a phone.

I knew from the reviews that she's a YMMV date with a bias towards things going bad, so it was a calculated risk.

She started to get paranoid about the location (BTJ style) so we moved to a couple of different spots. I'm leaving out the bit where it became obvious that she has some very serious issues going on in her life and so maybe I dodged a bullet. Again, caution is advised with this one.

I'm sure it's hit and miss most times but I was visiting last weekend Thursday night thru Sunday. And saw more options on Sunday morning / afternoon.

Get out of the Old Quadrant (based on your pictures) where there are usually too many just-passing-through/ GPS girls mixed in with the regulars. Instead, head up to the New Quadrant area, the 40's and up to the twenties/ teens. Many prizes, some unicorns and rates that usually start at .5 and will usually accept .3 or .4, sometimes even less.
