I am not sure how Skip The Games works, but I know that certain sites let you auto post ads every so often, (been told this by providers). So the actual ad you are seeing may be posted automatically when the provider is not actually available. I always check the "Last Seen" or "Last Online" section, (if there is one) to see when the last time the provider was actually online before reaching out to them. If they are currently online or online within the last few hours you have a much better chance of a reply. If they have not been online for weeks to months then good luck getting a hold of them.

That being said, I cannot remember if that particular site lists this or not and it is not a show stopper either way, just useful to have. I do know that Adult Look and Erotic Monkey list it though.
