Haven't done it before, but this year am planning on doing the red envelope thing for one of the girls I see regularly. There is a whole etiquette regarding the amount. Should be even number, and by even number it is by the first digit of the amount. Also should not be 4 since that is considered unlucky. Best to google to get the exact details.

I've had young providers who are pretty bad, so for me at least how they deliver the service is much more important.

I would have disagreed as recently as a few years ago on that idea.
