She is real. She used to advertise a lot and has hundreds of positive reviews from those days. I just looked it up and she stopped advertising in May, 2015, retired for a good while and then came back as a UTR. Back in the day, she was one of my favorites. According to a vid she posted on snap just a few days ago, yes, she still has that policy. She's been burned in the past and has plenty of regulars (including me) so I don't see her modifying her policy any time soon.
