Saw a conspicuous white dude standing on the sidewalk watching around 8th. Turned north onto sixth and saw 6 to 8 cop cars just sitting on both sides of the street waiting.

There's a conspicuous white dude who frequently stands in that area. He's the husband / boyfriend of one of the girls.
