Yeah, I was scratching my head over the very same question. But there are several other providers I have contacted through Eros, Slixa and Tryst over the years, who have done strange things.

I've had some who don't answer at all. I've had some who answer once, then go silent. And then there's Alice, who carried on a month-long dialog, only to flake in the end.
