Strange experience here so this place is right by angel stadium. I've been to LJ numerous times over the years with probably 5-6 different providers. I've had multiple sessions with Yumi and Julie (not sure if she's still there). Sometimes they don't open until the early afternoon. They seem to come and go as they please with no regard for sticking to any kind of schedule. With no phone is impossible to know when they'll open or close. The times I've been there have been in the late afternoon, around 5 pm and they are always open.
