Yes BCC has changed to be like every other spa. Pay for your selected time up front and then tip appropriately for services received. Jade does not work there anymore but she works as an independent with some other providers. Michelle works at BCC and also as an independent. I've seen her at BCC. I've had better legit massages from other providers than what she gave me but given the complete package and the sensuality of it all, Michelle is in the running for best providers I've ever seen.
