Yes BCC has changed to be like every other spa. Pay for your selected time up front and then tip appropriately for services received. Jade does not work there anymore but she works as an independent with some other providers. Michelle works at BCC and also as an independent. I've seen her at BCC. I've had better legit massages from other providers than what she gave me but given the complete package and the sensuality of it all, Michelle is in the running for best providers I've ever seen. Never seen her as an independent but I'd sure like to.

BCC on Fairview has changed door fee to be 65 now instead of previous one Benji. Idk about the past but there is no FS to be had, only nuru and HJ at the most. Although there are some gals there I would not mind paying a pretty penny for.

Finally adding a report that happened to me recently. Know some people on here have asked about manscaping, and as far as I know the ones that offer that with some fun at the end that I've been to before are TLC, All Seasons, and The Little Beauty Center.
