Generally speaking, I've seen or been quoted rates between 120-300/ hr over the past six months. Just depends on who is advertising. About 50% of the ads are scammers / fakes.

GFE is much tougher. STG has a listing of activities which includes that as an option, but it's a YMMV situation. She may provide a superb GFE for one monger, but the next may be dissatisfied. It depends on her definition of GFE, your definition of GFE, and the chemistry between you both.

A local number doesn't always mean anything. I use a text app on my laptop and can pick any area code for the ghost number. Some visiting providers will use a local area code ghost number while in town to seem more legit. Just as some local providers trying to reinvent themselves will go for an out of town area code to make them look new to the area.
