Which iphone? If you have the latest phone, the video capability off that will be more than enough. If you have one of the newer iphones, what I'd recommend you spend your money on is a tripod and lighting to improve the quality of the video. A tripod to better place the angle and a separate light source (and not the dim lamps in most incalls) will make a big difference. Especially the lights. Good luck and share with us what set up works and doesn't. I've gone through several different tripods until found one I like so there's always some trial and error involved.
