Finding someone you like is not enough. Most of HX providers move around a lot so it's difficult to line up the schedule with someone you want to meet. Once your schedule line up, you may not be able to see her due to your network.

HX doesn't allow menu items to be listed on the classifieds so you will most likely have to find someone that you like and pm asking about menu / rates. You can also try your luck here and check if someone already wrote a review.
