Only one of these "two problems" is yours to solve, and that's your nut. Put her out in the cold after, don't be stupid. If you already agreed, fuck her pay her and go out for drinks. Excuse yourself to the bathroom and leave.

May not be a scam regarding the room, but a very bad idea. I doubt she's going to steal the mattress, but the flat screen tv is reasonably portable. If you are going to do this, Motel 6 let's you checkin without a credit card. Have her check in under her name, and you can pay cash for the room and deposit for incidentals. It would be best for you to be with her at checkin and pay clerk directly. Up to that point, you could have her thinking you were going to use a credit card.
Also, the "hourly" motels usually don't require identification, and do offer overnight rates. I once called one located between DC and Baltimore, rate for 1 hour (after 5 pm) $80. Rated for overnight. $80.
She's probably just using the story to get sympathy to get more money from you.

Just as the title states. I am planning an over-nighter with two of my fave's, and for one gal it will be her first time doing anything more than kissing a girl. Both girls have seen each others pics, both have graphically expressed interest. It's going to be an incredible evening.

The rooms are cabins, not terribly chic or classy. However, for privacy it is pretty unmatched and we can do all the drugs we want and not have to be to worried about noise as both these girls get loud when they cum. Add in the total distance to Front Royal and I don't think this would be a good option.
Most hotel aggregate sites list hot tubs as an amenity / facility along with the pool and gym. Sure we can just go down and sit in the tub but the public openness limits how much 'fun' we can have.
In concept a hotel room with it's own hot tub is exactly what I'm looking for. Comfort Inn in Manassas has a shitty jetted tub that could hold two but it would be ridiculous with three. We can always roll with edibles, vapes, and wine in a hotel room, but I'll need a bigger tub than what they offer. Online pics are pretty clear in what you get.
I've looked over AirBnB as well. Here is the thing, the jetted tubs and jacuzzi's count as 'hot tubs', so after sorting them out I get down to about 30 suitable locations. From there, have to remove the ones that don't run during cold months, and others where we would be renting a guest suite while the owner is home or the neighbors are clearly able to watch the show from the comfort of their own bedrooms. Then I have to scrub the 800+ a night units and the rentals that require multi-night reservations. The remainders are like 5 places, and none are optimal unless the owner is definitely gone during that time frame. Two are pretty good, and of those two, one of them has a pretty long walk from the entrance to the hot tub. 150 feet. In January. Maybe not. At least in the hot tub cabins you don't have to walk but 10-15 feet to get inside.
These are not GPS girls, they are 9-5 girls with their own lives. Neither are on SA anymore and they have been my steady 300-ppm-once-every-few-months girls that I've been with for a year now. Both relationships are genuine at this point, and they love to fuck daddy so much they are willing to meet each other bc they know it will be a great time.
