Why don't you just wait until you have the cash? If you are a regular at any one of the spots they might give you a little leeway. But I won't advise you to dash off without proper compensation. That's unethical even for a hobbyist.

Is there any full service spas near the airport?

There are several spas in the midtown area. I think its midtown, some are latina, etc. Are those worth while?

The spas downtown / midtown will try to drain you for every penny you have (and don't have) as well as get you in and out. But if you have the cash to flash then go for it. Those spas were mostly made for out of towners. I hear they have some hot Latinas at Spring Spa. If you want to take a further drive but have better and cheaper service either hit up Therapy Plus in Marietta (google for address), or go to Tiger Spa in Norcross if Latinas are your thing (google). There's a Latina spa in Duluth but I don't know much about that one.
