I agree with booker being totally a hole. He / she should have notified you an hour before that. What is the point of confirming an appointment and then flake?

But it happened to me before. Same scenario l, but booker let me know 3-4 hours before that.

My guess is booker fked up and messed up your appointment with someone else's or B the girl is sick at that moment.

It's happened to me a couple of times but I didn't make that big of a deal out of it. But then I also didn't drive 50 miles to see someone. If you're her regular try to get her personal number so you can double check with her when you're about to head out to an appointment.
