If I still believe there's a chance it's real, reply with a simple question (what's your general location) . . in all cases, thus far, I get a reply that doesn't even acknowledge my simple question. Usually, it's the proverbial "I just need you to go to this site to get screened. It's free! It's all a huge scam to get your credit card number, of course. I guess enough guys fall for it so they keep doing it.
Last Pro-Tip (even though I'm not a pro). Many of the screening sites are doing things over "HTTP" instead of "HTTPS". That's a huge redflag. Most people probably don't even look at the web address to see if it's secure. If it's a non-secure address (HTTP: it's basically telling you that there is no real organization behind the site and bad stuff is going to happen if you put your info in there.
