By going rate I mean the initial donation requested. I don't like haggling to be honest and it's becoming annoying. Everyone is asking for 100, then I have to talk them down to 80 or 60 if I'm lucky. Have even had a few say 120 which is insane.

I agree. My general experience is the harder it is to agree on numbers, the lousier the service is. It almost gets to the point where I wouldn't be surprised that if I actually decided to visit, once I would walk in, she would pull out the ruler, got me hard as a tease, and than measured the length just to up-charge $0. 25 for every inch. So some of you guys with a foot long, you would have to break the bank LOL. I understand the verification part for safety, but over negotiating kills the mood and definitely, inm ost cases, the service never justifies the final number. Just my experience.

Guys she's changed her name again and I think I know why. I decided to see her today and she seemed legit enough on the phone and had a couple positive reviews so I chatted w her last night about outcall and since I was 40 minutes away she said 3-3. 5 for the hour. I agree completely. That's what happened couple of days ago with this one. We exchanged about dozen texts and and most of them she was negotiating. It started with simple, hey are you available. She responds "yes, how long are you looking for?" I said, I am not looking for anything timed, but shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes. It isn't a negotiation. If they want more than I have to spend I do without. It is that simple. There are a few around that is in the 100-120 range for half. I won't go more than that very often. I just can't afford it. I don't try to talk them down either. If they want too much I walk.
