Is that new? I have only been going there for about a year or so to accommodate one of the UTRs but that is what I have always paid. Have I been ripped off?

I've been a regular there for a year and it has al2 ays been $30 for 2 hrs or $45 for 3 hrs. If you are a regular though they will stop knocking on the door after your 2 hrs is up. I have stayed 3 hrs for the initial $30.
