NDS lists the house fee rates as 60/70/80 for 30/45/60 minutes. With tip does this come to 220/240/260 total for the same time period?

Like DirkDig1 said, drop 200, and you should be well taken care of. It's more like 200/240 for 45/60 minutes. I prefer the longer session, and opt usually for the latter.
