As most of you know, regular members are on moderation until six months have passed, they've posted 25 times and haven't violated too many forum rules. When regular members upload a post, the post isn't visible until after it's reviewed, which may take a few hours or more. When the post is finally reviewed and becomes visible, it retains the timestamp of when the post was originally uploaded.

The posts of senior members are visible as soon as soon as they're uploaded unless those senior members are on moderation. The posts of senior members on moderation are subject to the same visibility delay and timestamp retention as regular members until those posts are reviewed.

So what does this have to do with anything? Well, every now and then we see a chronology of posts where someone asks a question that was clearly answered a few posts prior. Sometimes it's because the author of that prior post is on moderation and his post wasn't visible at the time the post asking the question was uploaded. I've gotten caught by this visibility delay more than once. I'd post a response to a review and at the time, I was the only responder. Three hours later other responses prior to mine were now visible.

It doesn't search for specific try searching the name Tee* , it shows a lot of the words for teeth.

So this is the deal straight drom from the horses mouth. A friend of mine contracts with developers who build Publix plazas. Every Publix plaza has a nail salon. Due to market over saturation, seriously some neighborhoods have a salon on all four corners. Current salon owners who used to make bank are selling to new owners who are happy to make half the money or even less. It also has become almost impossible to import new workers from China, Thailand, or Vietnam. Nail Salon workers make an average of 15 k to 22 k a year which is much better than the $400 a month back home but not to good for USA.

Another factor as to why there are fewer Asian providers is that in most Asian cultures, being a "provider " is still very taboo and you'll basically be disowned if find out. Your family name will be ruined.

Of course the people that own the salon are creaming it in, but I was talking about the workers. I doubt they are making much. I can understand the culture issue, which is why I asked if there were more private ways to access them. It can't believe none of them are doing it.

Thanks to Doug Stamper on the Daytona forum, there's a much easier way to search for them. Remember the DOS wildcard search with the asterisk? Who knew that it would work here? Just add an asterisk to the end of the 3-letter name, for example Mia*, and hit search. It'll return any reviews that have words starting with Mia. Happy searching.

I think it makes a great difference what your relationship is with the provider prior to any trips. I would be reluctant to take a complete stranger with me on any trip out of town. I have, however, occasionally taken a trusted provider with whom I have had a good relationship. In these circumstances the donation ranged from several hundred dollars for a couple of days on the road to no donation in a case where the girl was delighted to fly for free, stay at a 4 star hotel and dine at top restaurants. You might just ask the provider what she things would be fair.

Yes you pay the regular daily rate since they are on the clock. You are on vacation, but they are not. While you are enjoying yourself they would rather be living their own lives.

Actually, you will also need to cover their per diem (food, drink, candy, etc). Better to take your dog on vacation with you and find a local provider when the mood hits. Pussy is everywhere.
