Can confirm both at BBFS at 300 hr and Kelsey will do 280 hr if you see her a second time. Few good things and bad things with both providers but I'll start with Pennie.

Check it out. I highly recommend it. I haven't done some East Asian cities, but Brazil is mongering heaven. The south zone (Rio) is touristy and quite safe. Sao Paulo is a different beast. It's massive.

Personally, I wouldn't "recommend" BBFS there. The working ladies tend to be cautious themselves, but there is plenty of fun to be had.
