Gift cards to Sephora, ULTA, Soko glam or any girly stores where they can buy stuff. That's what I usually give if I want to hand a gift to girls. This usually gets me perks that other mongers don't get to enjoy and subsequent visits end up x100 better.

Giving gifts (tangible or $) is ok, but don't be misled into believing that they will then become your "girlfriend" or go on a "date" with you, or even give better service. To them, you are a customer / sugar daddy, not a boyfriend.
