Unless you accidentally time it right, there's usually only one or two girls available when you arrive. Typically the first girl who greets you is your ride for the evening, unless there's a mamasan coordinating. Occasionally you will be set aside to wait until a girl is available.

You're always free to ask for a girl by name, some of the AMPs now post real pictures of the talent. I'm sure they have a reason for changing their names, making it look like new girl rotation is more frequent but when you do a great job I would think name branding should be more important.
