Yeah don't bother, commercial real estate is too expensive in these areas now and anywhere that is affordable like South DT is a shithole and they'd rather go to the SGV or KTown. Honestly unless you are trapped in the DT area don't limit yourself there are some places in the surrounding hoods worth looking into.
