Yeah don't bother, commercial real estate is too expensive in these areas now and anywhere that is affordable like South DT is a shithole and they'd rather go to the SGV or KTown. So, I've been reading a lot of posts, and they all say "don't drink the water they give you". Why? I'm sorry if it sounds like an ignorant or stupid question, but I really want to hear opinions. I take it when is bottled. And I have seen a guy denying it. Thank you guys.
