Finally found Steph after searching all last week. Apparently she likes the early mornings or late afternoon / early evening hours. Good attitude and easy to talk to. I saw the blonde too. She was in the Taco Bell drive on 34th and got turned down by a car. She then started crossing 34th, going towards Arby's. I really was surprised she made it across the street. I turned around to see what happened next, but she was gone by the time I got back. I would say that was the best twenty you've spent in a while.
