Did Six Star Villa Foot Spa in Mission Viejo reopen? I called to make an appointment in late March and the papasan told me they were closed for renovations. I had some success there although I admit their English was virtually non-existent. A couple of the providers used Chinese to English translation apps on their phones to communicate. I called the papasan periodically to see if the "renovations" were complete and then gave up about two months ago. Can anyone confirm that it has reopened? At $40 per hour it was a great value (for South OC).

I called a few weeks ago just out of curiosity, bad number. The last time I drove by it still looked the same, just not open.

I am glad I read this review before heading out today. I am saving my monies LOL It sounds like a bad experience already. I drove by and didn't see any construction at the moment, so that's a turn off, plus being known in the community there might not be a good place to be either LOL.

I went there yesterday, too, and now reading back over this long string of reviews, it seems like this place sets a record for YMMV variability.

I got there, ignoring the construction. The door was locked, with a real estate style lock box on it, bad sign. But then suddenly the door opened, and so suddenly my prospects turned around completely. Into the dimly lit room with soft music and soft pink walls, all the way to the ceiling, and a lock on the door, more really good signs. Angela was in pants, so not a good sign there.

I paid for 30, but got 45 if not 50. I got the best massage I've had in months, with light OTC roaming. The finish was HJ only, with one suddenly exposed nice breast, that's apparently Angela's completel menu.
