Personally I avoid Cary along with anything near Capital in Raleigh and more recently anything in Alamance County (they love their stings lately), but I would place myself in the more neurotic and overly precautions bucket.

Girls work out of Cary less than other, rougher locations like Captial, New Bern or the Garner area. Because those areas are generally not as much bedroom communities like Cary and the surrounding towns, the cops seem to be less focused on providers but that doesn't mean anything can't happen anywhere.
