Any teasing before the flip? How much do you tip for DIY with help?

I don't understand why you would tip for DIY. Even "with help" seems counterproductive to me. I understand tipping for a good massage, that's all well and good, but one can DIY at home for free. It defeats the purpose of going to an AMP if you ask me.
