I've only visited with her once so I have a limited perspective. For my visit, she was a bit late, but probably by about 15 minutes. Then, when I was heading towards her room, she let me know she'd be in one room and I could wait in another. All told, I'd say she was 20 to 30 minutes behind schedule. If your window of opportunity is small, probably an issue. For me, it wasn't a big deal. On the plus side, the head game was phenomenal! The girl does some fine work! In the grand scheme of things, I wasn't too work about her lack of punctuality.
