I was on Coronado Ave near I-5 and CA 9x5, and saw a place in a plaza named Southbay Massage. I didn't have time to stop, and a search of this forum didn't yield any info.

Any intel on this place? Is it worth it? Services?

I only know her as Selena and I believed she's been at MBC almost a year now. I'm not sure what other spas or names she's used.

I guess I should try to visit again. I've been twice probably 6 months ago and just got an overpriced HJ. The lady had what seemed like body armor underpants so not exciting to massage them back with garments. Pretty masseuses, but I like more contact. I also don't like the location as it feels everyone at the restaurants can see you entering the establishment.

Yes, I've seen Amanda and also recommend her. In terms of massage skills, Helen and Ella is better. Amanda in definitely in the top 3 there.
