Yes, I've done that before and even debated taking it to the next level where the bogus outcall is to the home address of a known vice detective. The girl would probably end up getting arrested depending on how much information she discloses pertaining to the reason for her visit. But on the other hand, you could easily expose yourself to blowback especially if the cop's wife answers the door and he's determined to find out who sent the girl there. He might not appreciate having his family and house being used as a tool to settle scores.
