Wasted an afternoon talking to this scammer. Talked through details, which seemed that they caved pretty.

Easy on allowance, based on the photos. Set up a meet for Thursday. Then they asked for cash upfront because rent is due. As I was typing a reply. She replies and says you could just say no, you prick.

Not that I was going to send anything, but at least it saved me any further time.

I'm a little more careful on specifics in messages now and try to move things to texting when negotiating.
